HOEPKER RESIDENCE

Located on a picturesque lake in the historic College Park area, this classical home is nestled into one of the few remaining residential lots in Orlando. The house has been designed to blend in with the traditional architecture of the neighborhood. Despite being challenged by the “L”-shaped configuration of the lot and a 30-foot height limitation mandated by the Historic District, the design surprisingly manages to achieve elegant classical proportions reminiscent of our best historical precedence. The home is divided into three parts:

- The main body features a classical entrance, a central hall, and formal rooms.

- The rear wing includes a three-car garage and a guest suite.

- The three-story family wing includes a dining room, kitchen, and family room, all of which open onto a 55-foot by 16-foot-deep veranda overlooking the pool and lake.
