Geoffrey Mouen Architect serves as Town Architect in charge of all Architectural Design review and Master Planning. GMA has established Authentic Luxury Architecture in culturally celebrated romantic architecture. The residential homes are designed with ludowici clay tile roofs, cypress beams and rafter tales, sculpted Stucco walls with real stone and sustainable insulated windows and roofs. The master plan replaces an old golf course with a series of archipelago neighborhoods. Although the architecture styles are eclectic in each neighborhood Mouen conceived special enclaves of singular vernacular style to punctuate the neighborhood.
